We provide a summary of public information taken from the counties of Dodge, Saunders, Washington, Burt, Boone, Butler, Platte, Colfax, and Polk in Nebraska. These records include property transactions, mortgages and releases, and court information.

Our subscribers include banks, insurance agents, large farmers, self-employed businesspeople, and a few nosy neighbors.

How Does It Work?

Every week we provide our subscribers with the latest information available from the local area. We send our "paper" to your e-mail address so you can read it at your leisure. The paper arrives in a PDF format so that it can be viewed/printed from any computer. Take a look at some of our sample papers from weeks and months past on the left side of this page. You will receive two copies each week -- one that is easy to read and one that is easy to print.

How Can I Subscribe?
